Adding a Sales Order

1. Navigate to Sales Management:

   • Go to the CRM module.
   • Select Sales Management.
   • Navigate to Sales Orders.
   • Click the Create button.

1. 2. Fill in the Required Fields:

   • Name: Enter a name for this Sales Order.
   • Quote: Select the quote created as described in our article "How to Add a Quote in TorkeHub CRM".
   • Opportunity: Add the relevant opportunity.
   • Status: Indicate whether the Sales Order is open or canceled.
   • Account: Specify the account associated with this Sales Order.
   • Date Quoted: Enter the date the Sales Order was quoted.
   • Quote Number: Provide a quote number of your choosing.
   • Billing Contact: Add the contact for billing purposes.
   • Billing Address and Shipping Address: Provide the necessary addresses.
   • Shipping Contact: Add the contact responsible for receiving the shipment.
   • Assigned User: Assign the user who will handle this order.
   • Shipping Provider: Specify your shipping provider.

3. Save the Sales Order:

• Click the Save button to finalize the Sales Order details.

4. Add Order Details:

• Go to the Eye view button to add the amount and other details for this Sales Order.
• Click the Plus button and fill in the necessary details:
  • Item: Select the item.
  • Quantity: Enter the quantity.
  • Price: Provide the price for this order.
  • Discount: Add any applicable discounts.
  • Tax: Include tax if it has been added in the main Product module under Sales Management.
• Click Save to complete the process.
